When we first came up with the idea to totally remodel our home, we had no idea what an adventure it would be!  But from the moment we met Claudia, things clicked.

My husband and I are both fairly opinionated and have strong tastes. Claudia began by taking us to a design center and sifting through hundreds of wallpapers and fabrics, taking samples and noting the colors and designs that appealed to us.

We walked showroom after showroom commenting on furniture, designers and colors until Claudia truly had a sense of “us”.

In the three years we worked together she never tried to impose her taste on us, but rather exposed us to so many unique artifacts and textures that she felt were in line with the look we craved.

Without her ideas, her sources, and her creative mind, our home would never have become the masterpiece that it is.

But perhaps the best part of the whole design process was not just the amazing home we created together, but the friendship that was built in the interim.

While I miss working with Claudia, I still consider her a valued and talented friend.

As a general contractor involved in the construction of multi-million dollar estates, I have occasion to work with a variety of interior designers. I can say without hesitation that Claudia and her staff at Claudia Interiors are among the best I have ever worked with. Claudia herself brings fantastic positive energy and a cosmopolitan view to the projects.

Watching her interact with clients, tradesmen and vendors is a pleasure as she encourages creative feedback while carefully guiding her designs into reality. Her knowledge of materials, finishes and textiles is amazing, and this is complemented by her ability to professionally organize, design and furnish projects which are incredibly complex and demanding.

While many interior designers have a signature style, the best thing about Claudia is that every project, every room, is an opportunity to create and expand, to bring a new design to life. This creates a vibrancy and sense of discovery which are truly amazing.

My clients and I love working with Claudia and her team, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I first met Ms. Garcia in 2005. She was the interior designer for Andy and Kathleen Blank. I was the construction superintendent for the company that the Blank’s hired to build their $10m ski-in, ski-out home in Park City, Utah. This project continued for nearly 3 years. Following this I worked with Ms. Garcia on a $8m remodel in Salt Lake City which led to a $12m remodel on the island of Maui for the same clients. This most recent project concluded at the end of 2011.

From the first design meetings through each and every step of the process of realizing our clients’ dreams I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Claudia. I have worked on some very high end residential work, including 2 apartments in Manhattan that were published in Architectural Digest.

In the course of my career I have worked with numerous very talented architects and designers. I can say that I have not worked with any more talented or pleasant than Ms. Garcia. I have found her consistently ready with insightful and brilliant direction and suggestions that have flawlessly led to impeccable installations/creations. Her vision and selections have played a foundational role in the whole process. She has always been ready to support the work in the field with clarifications, specs, and guidance in every detail.

I have found that Claudia’s design sense and rich background experience have proven invaluable to the clients in their complex processes of narrowing down decisions of texture, color palette, scale, and juxtaposition. Her expertise includes architecture, lighting design, and interior design. She has proven to be a highly valuable team member as we have created some spectacular results. I highly recommend her for your substantial and special projects.
